Cloudiness

The above scatter plot illustrates that a relationship between cloudiness and latitude is highly unlikely. The correlation (as shown in the two graphs below) was very weak. On the day of the analysis, it seems that cloudiness was reported anywhere from 0% to 100% for virtually every latitude. Although the cloudiness appears random, notice the large percentage of cities where it was a full 100% and the large percentage where it was 0%.
